We keep a short, carefully chosen list instead of a warehouse of options. Before anything goes on the site we ask two questions. Will it actually make a pet more comfortable, and would we want it in our own home? If the answer to either one is no, it does not make the cut.

We look at the things pets use every day and judge them on comfort, durability and how they hold up in a real house with a real animal in it. Beds that keep their shape, coats that survive a wet walk, toys that last longer than an afternoon. We work with established pet goods suppliers, and anything that is cheap for the sake of it, or expensive without actually being better, does not go on the site.

We stand behind everything we sell. Every order ships with tracking, you have 30 days from the day it arrives to send anything back, and anything damaged, defective or incorrect is free to return. If something does not hold up the way we said it would, we want to hear about it and we will make it right.
